Ind. Code § 28-12-9-1 Initial bylaws

Sec. 1. The initial board of directors of the corporation shall adopt initial bylaws for the corporation. As added by P.L.14-1992, SEC.162.

Sec. 2. The bylaws of the corporation may contain any provision for managing the business and regulating the affairs of the corporation that is not inconsistent with law or the articles of incorporation. As added by P.L.14-1992, SEC.162.
