Santa Clara City Code § 18.40.100
in effectA. Discharge Limitations. No person or use shall discharge fluids of any kind into a public or private sewage system, water course, body of water, or the ground, except in full compliance with applicable regulations of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter Three and California Water Code, Division Seven).
B. Compliance. Discharge into the City’s sewer system shall comply with the City’s discharge requirements.
