(110 ILCS 947/95) Sec. 95. Capacity of minors. Any person otherwise qualifying for a loan guaranteed or originated by the Commission shall not be disqualified by reason of being under the age of 21 years; and each such person shall have the rights, powers, privileges and obligations of a person of full age with respect thereto.
