(a) The Court shall enclose and seal up each certificate separately in an envelope, with an endorsement describing the certificate enclosed. (b) In the endorsement on an envelope enclosing the certificates of the election of Senator or Representative in the General Assembly, the Court shall include the name of the individual elected.
