3.132.530 Contributions-Acceptance-Deposit. The city council may accept contributions from any source toward payment of police service costs. The city council, at any time either before or after the confirmation of the assessment, may provide for contributions towards payment of such costs from the funds of the city. All contributions shall be deposited in the fund of the assessment district established pursuant to this chapter for which the contribution was provided. (Prior code § 83.09.920)
