(625 ILCS 5/6-810) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-810) Sec. 6-810. Construction. This Compact shall be liberally construed so as to effectuate the purposes stated herein. If this Compact shall be held contrary to the Constitution of any jurisdiction party thereto, the Compact shall remain in full force and effect as to the remaining jurisdictions.
