in effectA receiver shall in all cases be a natural person of full age or a corporation authorized to act as receiver, which corporation, if so authorized, may be a domestic corporation for profit or not-for-profit or a foreign corporation for profit or not-for-profit authorized to do business in this Commonwealth, and shall give such bond, if any, as the court may direct, with such sureties, if any, as the court may require.
