17.224.220 SPX zone-Development standards. A. The SPX zone classification shall be used in conjunction with a PUD designation established as provided in chapter 17.452. B. Site design and development standards shall be established with each PUD. These standards shall include setbacks, height, parking, landscaping, signage, exterior building materials, lighting, and mechanical/utility/communications equipment.
