Precedence of rules
Ind. Code § 22-11-14.5-5
in effectSec. 5. Except as provided in section 4 of this chapter, the rules adopted under section 3 of this chapter take precedence over:
(1) an ordinance adopted by a city, town, or county; or
(2) a resolution adopted by a township;
that covers the same subject matter as the commission's rules concerning indoor pyrotechnics.
