(20 ILCS 2105/2105-215) (was 20 ILCS 2105/61a) Sec. 2105-215. Proof of Department records. The papers, entries, and records of the Department or parts thereof may be proved in any legal proceeding by a copy thereof certified under the signature of the keeper thereof in the name of the Department with a seal of the Department attached.
