Sec. 5. Members of the committee serve a term of two (2) years that expires June 30 of an odd-numbered year or until their successors are appointed and qualified. A member of the committee may be reappointed to successive terms. Members of the committee serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority. As added by P.L.42-2024, SEC.6.
