18.20.050 Requirements upon withdrawal. Upon withdrawal from rent or lease of any residential hotel unit subject to this chapter, the owner shall comply with the notice requirements of Sections 18.20.070 and 18.20.080 of this chapter, and the relocation benefits requirements of Section 18.20.060 of this chapter.
