(a) The department shall submit with its agency report under Section 325.007 , Government Code, a complete and detailed financial audit conducted by an independent certified public accountant. (b) Subsection (a) does not apply if the department is subject to sunset review during the previous two-year period. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1345 (S.B. 1420 ), Sec. 11, eff.
