Tex. OCC Code § 1201.056.
in effect(a) The board shall establish fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses for:
(1) manufacturers;
(2) retailers;
(3) brokers;
(4) salespersons; and
(5) installers.
(b) The board by rule may establish a fee for reprinting a license issued under this chapter.
