Sec. 7. "Protective order" means any order issued by a court that prohibits a person from directly or indirectly contacting, harassing, disturbing, or approaching another person. The term includes an order (as defined in IC 5-2-9-2.1) and a protective order from a foreign jurisdiction. As added by P.L.273-2001, SEC.3.
