The commissioners court of a county may establish a least cost review program for public improvements to be constructed by the use of personnel, equipment, or facilities of the county that may exceed a cost of: (1) $100,000; or (2) an amount less than $100,000 as determined by the commissioners court. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 13.11(f), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
