Sec. 4. (a) The state department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out the purposes of this chapter. (b) Rules adopted under this section must include the following: (1) Remediation standards for a site that has been contaminated by the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance. (2) The procedure for the issuance of a certification of decontamination by a qualified inspector under section 3(a) of this chapter. (3) Requirements for the documentation of remediation required by section 3(b) of this chapter. As added by P.L.111-2018, SEC.10.
