Issuance of permit
Ind. Code § 14-22-29-1
in effectSec. 1. The director may issue to a person who is the owner of a private pond a free permit to:
(1) possess on the person's premises; and
(2) use in the person's private pond only;
an otherwise illegal fishing device under the rules that the director considers necessary.
