(320 ILCS 25/3.01) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 403.01) Sec. 3.01. Claimant. "Claimant" means an individual who has filed a claim for a property tax relief grant under this Act. In appropriate contexts, "claimant" may also include a person who has applied for pharmaceutical assistance under this Act or for other benefits that are based on eligibility for benefits under this Act.
