(325 ILCS 60/8) (from Ch. 23, par. 2207) Sec. 8. The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois shall appoint a skilled and capable surgeon, general superintendent, and may remove him for cause stated, first having given him a copy of the charges against him, and reasonable notice of the time and place when such charges will be heard, and an opportunity to defend himself.
