in effect(40 ILCS 5/22-106) Sec. 22-106. Application to Suburban Bus Board members. This Code does not apply to any individual who first becomes a member of the Suburban Bus Board on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly with respect to service on that Board.
