5.144.010 "Tow car" defined. "Tow car" means any motor vehicle which has been altered or designed and equipped for, and used in the business of towing vehicles by means of a crane, hoist, tow bar, tow line or dolly, or any combination thereof. "Tow car" does not include an "auto dismantlers tow vehicle" as defined in Vehicle Code Subsection 615(c). (Prior code § 42.04.050)
