Sec. 13. The director of the bureau of mines and mine safety shall provide an annual statistical report including a list of all trained mine rescue teams. The report shall be sent to all mines that have mine rescue teams. As added by P.L.232-1983, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.37-1985, SEC.55.
