in effectEffective: 2024-07-01(a) If you have domesticated animals, to prevent contamination of covered produce, food contact surfaces, areas used for a covered activity, agricultural water sources, or agricultural water distribution systems with animal waste, you must:
(1) Adequately control their excreta and litter; and
(2) Maintain a system for control of animal excreta and litter.
