Penalty. — Any person violating the provisions of sections 67.1600 to 67.1663 or any procedure, regulation, or bylaw of a governing commission and program created pursuant to the provisions of sections 67.1600 to 67.1663 shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor and fined as provided by law.
