Sec. 20. Subject to any applicable federal laws, the office of the secretary and each school corporation shall provide to the center the results of all tools and assessments administered to a child in accordance with this chapter. As added by P.L.260-2019, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.143-2022, SEC.52.
