3.56.210 Time of completion. The contract must specify the time within which the contractor shall furnish goods, nonprofessional services, professional services, or public project to the city and may provide for liquidated damages for the contractor's failure to comply. The city manager may extend the time for acts of the city, acts of God, weather, strikes, or other circumstances over which the contractor has no control. (Ord. 2024-0010 § 4)
