(5 ILCS 312/1-106) Sec. 1-106. Electronic Notarization Fund. The Electronic Notarization Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. Moneys in the Electronic Notarization Fund during the preceding calendar year, shall be distributed, subject to appropriation, to the Secretary of State to fund the Department of Index's implementation and maintenance of the electronic notarization commissions.
