Discrimination against social workers in promulgation of rules prohibited. — No official, employee, board, commission, or agency of the state of Missouri, any county, any municipality, any school district, or any other political subdivision shall discriminate between persons licensed under sections 337.600 to 337.689 , when promulgating regulations or when requiring or recommending services that legally may be performed by persons licensed under sections 337.600 to 337.689 .
