Sec. 1. (a) The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to administer this article. (b) The state board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish a procedure to establish an Indiana education scholarship account education service plan for an eligible student. (c) The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to administer the CSA program under this article. As added by P.L.165-2021, SEC.180.
