15.08.170 Building permits-Impacted school areas. Building permits for residential construction within the attendance areas of impacted schools shall not be issued except in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 15.132 of this title. The director of building inspections and the planning department shall be responsible to maintain current information as provided by affected school districts as to the real property subject to the provisions of Chapter 15.132 of this title.
