Participant defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 388D.310
in effectParticipant means a person who has been approved by the Office of the Military to participate in the Program. The term includes:
1. A pupil enrolled in a challenge school; and
2. A person participating in the nonresidential component of the Program.
