[Laws, 1998, ch. 572, § 2; reenacted without change, Laws, 2001, ch. 532, § 2, eff from and after June 30, 2001.] Editor’s Notes — Former § 41-86-3 established a temporary statewide program for children’s health insurance under Title XXI of the Social Security Act to provide child health-care assistance to targeted, uninsured, low-income children to be administered by the Division of Medicaid in the Office of the Governor.
