(60 ILCS 1/150-5) Sec. 150-5. Bonds for community buildings. Subject to the provisions of this Article, any township having a population of not more than 25,000 may issue bonds for the purpose of purchasing, erecting, equipping, remodeling, or renovating community buildings.
