1. A licensee that operates a foster home shall develop and implement a plan for the care of children in the foster home during a disaster. The plan must be developed and implemented in accordance with the plans and regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 432.400 , 432.410 and 432.420 . 2. As used in this section, “disaster” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432.400 .
