(a) A license or permit issued in violation of any provision of §§ 22–112 through 22–115 of this subtitle is invalid. (b) An official or person who issues a license or permit in violation of any provision of §§ 22–112 through 22–115 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalty provided in Title 27 of this article.
