in effectAny bonds, notes, warrants, or other evidences of indebtedness to be issued by a nonprofit corporation to finance the construction of a building pursuant to a lease or agreement entered into pursuant to Section 17418 shall be sold pursuant to Chapter 10 (commencing with Section 5800) of Division 6 of Title 1 of the Government Code.
