17.720.040 Incorporation of SMARA and state regulations. The provisions of SMARA, California Public Resources Code section 2207, and all their implementing regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as "state regulations"), as amended from time to time, are incorporated by reference. If the provisions of this chapter are more restrictive than correlative state provisions, this chapter prevails. (Ord. 2013-0020 § 1; Ord. 2013-0007 § 1)
