Sec. 1. The secretary may delegate any or all of the rights, duties, or obligations of the secretary under this article to: (1) the director; or (2) another designee under the supervision and control of the secretary. The individual delegated has the authority to adopt and enforce rules under IC 4-22-2 as the secretary under IC 4-5-1-11. As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78. Amended by P.L.174-2016, SEC.37.
