The department shall, in the manner provided by Subchapter C , Chapter 4005 , revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew the license of a license holder who does not maintain the qualifications necessary to obtain the license. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff. April 1, 2005.
