Employer-integrated earned wage access provider defined. [Effective through December 31, 2029.]
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 604D.080
in effect1. Employer-integrated earned wage access provider means a person who is engaged in the business of offering to provide or providing employer-integrated earned wage access services.
2. The term does not include payroll service providers, including, without limitation, payroll service providers whose role may include verifying the available earnings but who are not contractually obligated to fund earned wage access service proceeds to a user.
