5.116.050 Bond-Period of effectiveness. All solicitors' bonds shall remain in full force and effect, and in case of cash deposit, such deposit shall be retained by the city for a period of ninety (90) days after the expiration of the license, unless sooner released by the city council. (Prior code § 10.01.050)
