Sec. 21. Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, a person who is ineligible for assistance under IC 12-14-2 because of noncompliance with IC 12-14-2-21, IC 12-14-2-24, IC 12-14-2-26, or IC 12-14-5.5 is ineligible for Medicaid under this article. As added by P.L.46-1995, SEC.37.
