Restrictions on patient
Ind. Code § 12-24-7-7
in effectSec. 7. A patient who earns wages under this chapter is not:
(1) subject to rules of the state personnel department;
(2) eligible to become a member of the public employees' retirement fund; or
(3) covered by IC 22-2-2.
