Note: This version of section effective 7-1-2027. See also preceding version of this section, effective until 7-1-2027. Sec. 7. In addition to a regularly scheduled inspection of a regulated amusement device, the department may, upon demand by the department, inspect a regulated amusement device at any time following: (1) the report of an accident involving the regulated amusement device; or (2) a complaint concerning the regulated amusement device.
