in effect13.04.450 Air conditioning and refrigeration devices-Discharge into sewers.
Waste cooling water from air conditioning and refrigeration systems may be discharged:
A. To a storm sewer only when such discharge is permitted by the state and authorized in writing by the director; and
B. To a sanitary sewer only when such discharge is permitted by the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District and is authorized in writing by the director.
The director may require the installation of a water conservation device meeting standards specified by the department as a condition of granting such authorization,
that shall be in addition to any permits or other approvals required under the city plumbing and electrical codes. (Ord. 2001-033 § 1)
