1. “Interactive gaming facility” means any Internet website, or similar communications facility in which transmissions may cross any state’s boundaries, through which any person operates interactive gaming through the use of communications technology. 2. As used in this section, “communications technology” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 463.016425 .
