Rules concerning fee structures for permits
Ind. Code § 9-20-1-5
in effectSec. 5. The Indiana department of transportation shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 for the:
(1) issuance, fee structure, and enforcement of permits for overweight divisible loads;
(2) fee structure of permits for loads on extra heavy duty highways; and
(3) fee structure of permits for overweight loads.
