Right of insurer to receive information from authorized agency with respect to civil action
N.J. Stat. § 17:36-19
in effectAny insurance company providing information to an authorized agency or agencies pursuant to this act shall, with respect to a civil action, have the right to request relevant information and receive, within a reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days, the information requested, provided that the information is not otherwise privileged by law.
