(225 ILCS 335/11.7) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031) Sec. 11.7. Order or certified copy; prima facie proof. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that: (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; and (2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified.
